or at least the end of my second year of university... which means i am about to (hopefully) progress into honours. A very scary thought to realise that half my university career is already over... and it went soo quickly.

In other news, you might have seen the pictures that my flatmate and I took together. I am quite annoyed at the grain and blur in them all, but it was my crappy little Canon that cant quite handle low light and all... it´ll only get better. I realised how hard modelling is :D and that thinking of a pose isnt very easy most of the time. :kalyasc: rocked being a photographer though, she gave me amazing direction and as you can see from the pictures is really gifted with composition. More to follow!
UPDATE!!
We now have a joint account for our photos, :iconforyoursafety: . Watch to see more :)

On Saturday I will be at the 6 month party of :iconreadthismagazine: and will read out some of my stuff - if you´re in the area, come along! I am quite nervous about reading it in front of so many people, but meh... I´ll manage. Now I shall stop procrastinating and get on with my essay that is due on Friday.

So now I´m 20. It is a weird feeling, that. On one hand it is cool because I am now "grown up", on the other hand exactly that makes it a bit scary and a bit weird. I also have only a few weeks left to my second year of university and then I will be an Honours student already. Time flies past and I cant think of a way to slow it down..

I am immensely looking forward to the Easter holidays. Dont really know why, but I am :)

Boy, what a day!

I saw Ian Rankin today... he gave a talk at our uni and I was there and fangirled a bit :D He´s a very pleasant person, has a beautiful voice and is very funny. *sigh* I kept looking at him thinking: There´s a man who´s got what I want, who is where I want to be...

In the evening I went to thai boxing as usual, only this time my partner accidentally slipped under the pad, knocking the crap out of me with a bodykick. Since it hurt and felt quite bad I got my first taste of an NHS A&E... let´s just say it was bleak. They poked me a bit and decided that the rib wasnt broken, so they didnt xray me simply because even if an xray confirmed the crack it wouldnt make a difference to the treatment, which is sit around and take painkillers if you have to. If the pain goes away in the next few days it was a bruise, if it doesnt it was cracked. YAY!
